Information and Help Desk
There are information desks at various points throughout the central terminal building (tel: 718 533 3400).

Airport Facilities
Money and phone: ATMs can be found in all terminals. There are also bureaux de change in the Central Terminal, the US Airways Terminal and the Delta Terminal.
Eating and drinking: The airport offers numerous restaurants, bar and fast-food outlets in all terminals.
Shopping: Duty-free shops can be found in the Central and Delta Terminal. Newsagents are available in all terminals. Other shops, including gift shops and bookstores are located in the Central, Delta and US Airways Terminals.
Luggage services: All left-luggage facilities are currently suspended at the airport. Trolleys are available in the Delta Terminal. There is a lost property service available (tel: 718 533 3988).
Other facilities: The airport also offers a medical and dental service, as well as a family assistance restroom.

Conference and Business Facilities
There are ample business and conference facilities in the Laptop Lane business centre (tel: 718 424 1301) at the Central Terminal. Eight individual cubicles and a conference room for 12 people are available, all equipped with desktop computers, a five-line telephone, fax machine, laser printer and data ports. Fax and Internet services are also available at the Business Traveler Center located in the Central Terminal. Wireless Internet is offered in the Central Terminal.

Disabled Facilities
The airport is fully accessible to disabled passengers; it has ramps, elevators, disabled toilets and TDD phones. It is advisable for unaccompanied disabled passengers to inform their airline in advance of any special assistance they may need. There are dedicated spaces for disabled drivers in all car parks.
